Everyone has a story, and mine started with working across hospitals, aged care, community care, travel healthcare, and NDIS services. Early in my career, I explored different areas of healthcare to find the path that felt right for me. Throughout my life, I've always valued the comfort and familiarity of home. When I think about my own future, I picture myself staying in the place where I feel safe, independent, and connected to my memories and community. I know I wouldn't want to leave that behind unless I absolutely had to. That's what drew me to community care. I believe people should have the opportunity to remain in their own homes, surrounded by the things and people that matter most to them. Supporting people in their home environment allows me to help them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while receiving the care they need. Whether I'm supporting an older person or someone living with a disability, my goal is to provide care with kindness, respect, and understanding, helping each person live life in a way that is meaningful to them
